So at my local ‘Art Club’ (really needs a better name) today I experimented with a bit of monoprinting with acrylic paint – ala Whitney McVeigh. I’ve done monoprints with printing ink before but never fast drying acrylic paint. You have to work really spontaneously, which is something I’m not used to but it was refreshing to experiment so freely. The plan is to develop this on a larger scale next. So take a look at the initial trials…
